Obtention d’un contrat doctoral par Catherine Higel, doctorante du CDT

Catherine Higel, membre du Collège Doctoral Trinational FISA MIAG, a obtenu un contrat doctoral du Ministère de l’Education Nationale (« Coopération internationale ») qui a débuté à la rentrée 2014.

En septembre 2013, elle avait soutenu à Strasbourg un mémoire de Master portant sur « Jean Lauffray à Tell Khuera. Documentation sur la première campagne de fouilles en 1955. Architecture et petits-objets ». Ce travail avait été dirigé par Philippe Quenet et intégré au programme d’échange EUCOR du Collegium Beatus Rhenanus (Master trinational Sciences de l’Antiquité – TMA).

Membre de l’UMR 7044-Archimède à Strasbourg, elle travaille aujourd’hui sur les « Villes circulaires et logement de la population urbaine en Syrie du nord-est au Bronze ancien. Le quartier d’habitation des Häuser de Tell Khuera », sous la direction de Philippe Quenet (Strasbourg).
